Lịch sử hình thành và phát triển

Khoa Kỹ thuật máy tính và điện tử (KTMT&ĐT)được hình thành trên cơ sở Khoa Công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông (SICT) Đại học Đà Nẵng và các khoa CNTT, điện tử viễn thông từ các đơn vị cấu thành trường Đại học Công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông Việt Hàn theo Quyết định số 15/QĐ-TTg ngày 3 tháng năm 2020 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.

Cùng định hướng bởi sứ mệnh, tầm nhìn, giá trị cốt lõi của nhà trường: đào tạo và cung cấp nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao; nghiên cứu khoa học; chuyển giao tri thức, CNTT, truyền thông và kinh tế số, nhằm phục vụ phát triển bền vững kinh tế – xã hội của đại phương, quốc gia và quốc tế, mục tiêu của Khoa KTMT&ĐT chính là trang bị cho sinh viên tốt nghiệp một hành trang vững chắc để thích ứng với những thay đổi nhanh chóng của thế giới công nghệ, đặc biệt là trong các lĩnh vực ngành nghề được quan tâm nhất hiện nay: Lập trình nhúng, Thiết kế phần cứng, Công nghệ chip, điều khiển tự động,v.v đặc biệt trong hệ thống nhúng và IoT cho thành phố thông minh, nhà thông minh, trên các thiết bị di động, xe ô tô, v.v.“
