My plan is to go during lunch on Thursday… I should be a pro at this already…. look at all my ‘Starting Guides’….

Don’t drink your life (& waist away)

This maybe the necter of the Gods, but at 9 points, it isn’t worth it… (ok, maybe it is worth it.)

Just be smart… In my humble opinion, the best use of beverage point use is alcoholic beverages….

  In my incredibly unscientific poll, you will calculate your food wrong 7 times out of 10.  Do your waist a favor & measure your food…

It’s Go Time – Back on Plan

So, I signed up. I have my ‘tools of the trade’ set up for when I get home.

I get 29 WWP & 49 WWP.   It sounds like so many, but I will probably blow them all at lunch today.  

My 5% goal is 7 pounds with Weigh-In on Wednesday’s (I liked the alliteration)

I will report in at the end of the day & let you know what transpired.

By the way – my McDonald’s Smoothie I slurped down yesterday? 9 WWPs…
