Virtual Household Binder : Weight Loss

I decided it was high time to add a weight tracking section to my virtual household binder.  Granted, I use Weight Watcher’s e-tools, but I am hoping I can get to goal weight & stop paying $$$$….

My weight tracking sheet lets me track my weight, measurments & gives me an overall +/- (hopefully mostly minuses….)

I also made a food diary sheet to print.  I just don’t have time to pause & add everything into my online journal at WW during the day.  This is small & let’s me track quickly while I am at work.

I am particular- I made it so it can be neatly tri-folded…  Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice…. I love that first item on my sheet is about chocolate.  Breakfast of Champions, right?

Virtual Household Binder : Christmas List

Ahhhhh… it is ALMOST the ‘Most Wonderful Time Of The Year’.

Christmas – a time when I usually panic and send the hubby out on Christmas Eve to finish shopping.

Well, not this year!!! This year, in my attempt to get organized, I am going to shop EARLY & on a <wait for it> BUDGET.  Yep, I said it.  How do I break this news to my hubby????

So, here is my excel spread sheet for Christmas. Nice and easy, letting me keep track who I am buying for, if I was over budget & a running total.  Niiiiiiiiiiiice…..

Virtual Household Binder : Addresses

Boo Dizee!!!! I already missed a week in my intriguing new series ’Virtual Household Binder Mission’. I am sure you guys were waiting for the next exciting addition…. :)

I set up this address book tab in excel.  The beauty of the speadsheet is the ‘autofilter’.  <insert colloective ahhhhhhhh>

I added all my contacts to this one sheet.  When I need to print out Birthday Invitations or Christmas Card Lists – BOOM.  My labels are printed before you can say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

I use the Mail Merge column to sort – Anything with an X will show when I use my filter.

Organization : Virtural Household Binder

This has been something that has intrigued me for quite a while.

I want to create a Household Binder – a central location to keep all my important information.  These binders are totally scale-able, but typically contain :

  • Contact Information
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Calendars
  • Budgets & Money
  • Recipes
  • Birthday Information
  • School Schedules
  • Medical Information
  • Car Repair Information
  • Christmas Lists
  • Telephone Numbers & Addresses
  • Absolutely Anything You Want

I am totally in love with this idea – especially since it appeals to my inner control freak.

Most people seem to have an actual binder that sits in a prominent location in the house.  I am not feeling that - I want to go virtual.  Every week I will be adding another piece to my VHB puzzle and posting the template online.  Sweet!

This week I am starting out with an oldy but goody – the Expense Sheet
