    • Cheese (I used Mozzarella)
    • Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    • Smidge of Olive Oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut veggies & heat olive oil on in a pan on the stove
  3. Throw (gently place) the flat bread into the over to warm up
  4. Throw (gently place) the cut peppers & onions into the pan, stir frequently while they brown up/get wilty & nice…
  5. Remove the flat bread from the oven, top with around 2 TBS Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, veggies & 1/8 cup cheese
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes then eat
I gave mine 10 delish points +

  • Whole Wheat Flat Bread (mine was 7 points, but I bet some are lower…)
  • 2 Tbs Sauce
  • Galic Powder (to taste)
  • 1/8 cup shredded cheese
  1. Heat the oven to 375
  2. Bake flat bread for 3-5 minutes
  3. When out of the oven, spread tomato sauce on flat bread
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder (watch for vampires)
  5. Top with Cheese
  6. Put back into the oven for 10 minutes or until your ‘done-ness’
I figured it was 8.5 points+… it will depend on your base.

Paper Plate Gourmet : Super Easy Pizza Dough

I don’t remember where I found this recipe, but I LOVE it!

There are soooo many things you can do with it (like my Ham & Cheese Almost Calzone).  I usually separate it & freeze it so I can make little pizzas, calzones, bread sticks – even fried dough!

And don’t freak out – there are 9 steps, but if I can do it, anyone can.

  • 3 1/2  cups of flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 Tbs Yeast
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Pour warm water into bowl
  2. Add Honey & Salt, mix until blended
  3. Add Yeast, mix
  4. Let this mixture sit for around 5 minutes, get a drink & check your e-mail
  5. Add 1 cup of flour & the olive oil, mix
  6. Slowly, add the rest of the flour & mix (stir frequently)
  7. It will kind of ball up, knead for a minute, put in a covered bowl & wait…
  8. After 45 minutes, punch it down, let it rise again
  9. Done, finally.
The total amount of points is, gasp, 59 but that is for the whole ball of dough.

Depending on how you divide it, the points go way down.

(Be sure to roll it THIN)
