Paper Plate Gourmet : Homemade “Instant” Oatmeal

Wow, I have to say this was both easy & awesome.  I love it when a plan comes together. 

    • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats ( I used Stop & Shop brand)
    • 1 TBS Brown Sugar
    • 1 TBS Milled Flax Seed
    • Smidge of Sea Salt
  1. Put 1/2 cup of Steel Cut Oats, 1 TBS brown Sugar, 1 TBS Flax Seed & the Sea Salt into a food processor
  2. Set to Pulverize
  3. Divide the mix in half (around 1/4 cup) and place in baggies
  4. Add 1/2 cup of steel cut oats to each bag
  5. Done -  no baking involved!
