Paper Plate Gourmet : Baked Chick Peas

Yum.  Outside my comfort zone, but enjoyable.  I think they would be killer in a salad.

    • 1/2 can of chick peas
    • Few Spritz’s of Olive Oil
    • Garlic Powder to taste
    • Sea Salt to Taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Rinse the chick peas (get rid of that pesky sodium & little white skins)
  3. Spritz with Olive Oil, sprinkle with garlic powder & sea salt
  4. Toss & coat those chick peas
  5. Put them in the oven for 25-35 minutes, but keep an eye on them.  They can burn quick = smelly!!!
3 points + per 1/2 cup serving
