Ok, so my overall total sounds high - but it really wasn’t. Especially when you figure I got a $20.00 BlueRay & spent $17.04 on toys & Halloween Crafts for the kiddies….
(PS – the cat food is for my mom. I am not so crazy that I would be buying cat food just because I saved $$$$$)
|Toys, BlueRay & Crafts:
Total before Sales & Coupons = $100.53
After Sales, Coupons = $75.53
Well, once again, success with Craig Diet. I wasn’t as strict with my lunches, and I tried hard to cut down on crap. In fact, it took me a full week to finish off a sleeve of Oreos. (it usually only takes 18 minutes…. )
So, all in all, I was down 1.6. Pretty happy, I will say.
Now, I didn’t complete my 10 pound challenge, but I am still down overall.
I have decided that October’s Weight Loss Challenge will be a more doable 5 pounds. For every pound I lose after that, I am going to buy myself a new article of clothing (that isn’t socks)…
As evidenced by my Chicken & Broccoli exercise, when starting out you should measure what you eat.
Click here to get your free sample of Dial Nutri Skin…. nice!
Click here to get your sample of Tom’s of Maine Silly Strawberry Kid’s Toothpaste. My big boy LOVES when he gets a free sample in the mail….
My lil’ guy doesn’t get the whole ‘free sample’ concept yet…
Thanks For The Momma’s
I decided to take out my measuring cup this weekend & actually measured what 1 cup of Chicken & Broccoli looks like… And it was WAY more than I would usually eat!Note to Self : Buy a set of measuring cups to keep in my pocketbook… just kidding!! (mostly, I could probably hide a 1/2 cup scoop in there….)
I set up this address book tab in excel. The beauty of the speadsheet is the ‘autofilter’. <insert colloective ahhhhhhhh>
I added all my contacts to this one sheet. When I need to print out Birthday Invitations or Christmas Card Lists – BOOM. My labels are printed before you can say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
I use the Mail Merge column to sort – Anything with an X will show when I use my filter.
Well, technically, they love anything remotley edible….
Come to think of it – next week I should write Crayola. Fawn has been trying to eat the enitre 64 pack of crayons we have.
