Paper Plate Gourmet : Microwaved Potato Chips?!

Yes, I made potato chips in the microwave.  No, I am not crazy, I googled it.  Overall, not bad.  Add some light ranch dip & we maybe onto something ….

  • Red Potato (medium is 4 points)
  • Spritz of Pam
  • Seasonings (I used Red Robin Seasoning)
  1. Slice the potato very thin & spritz both sides with Pam
  2. Lay them as a single layer on a microwave safe plate
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes, flip, microwave on & off for 30 second intervals until brown
  4. Marvel at the simplicity
Well, this really depends on how many you eat.  The whole potato is around 4 points, so you will need to extrapolate (like the term use?)
